These products are not manufactured, licensed, endorsed, or affiliated with the original designer brands.

Our perfumes may be supplied in packaging that is similar in appearance to the original. Please note that packaging and bottle designs may vary slightly, as manufacturers periodically update their designs or use different production facilities.

As with all fragrance products, slight variations in scent, colour, longevity, or packaging may occur from batch to batch. These differences are normal and do not indicate that the product is faulty.

Although we carefully inspect every item before dispatch, minor cosmetic imperfections may occasionally be present, including:

• Minor scratches on the bottle
• Slight damage to the outer packaging
• Loose or slightly damaged caps
• Small amounts of leakage during transit

These minor imperfections do not affect the performance or quality of the fragrance and therefore do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery to ensure you have received the correct item before opening or using it. Once a fragrance has been opened or used, it cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tested.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is genuinely defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so that we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
